I enjoyed living at Grandview Apartments for 3 years. The staff (Summer, Patrick, and Rich) have all been super helpful and quickly responsive anytime the apartment needed any maintenance. Also as a resident working early shifts, I always appreciated that the snow was removed from the parking lot very timely and early in the morning. I also loved having access to the Grandview Clubhouse for small get togethers or a quiet place to study.

Pat and Rick responded so quickly to our unit when our air conditioning unit failed. They were quick, they were efficient and they were most respectful of our situation. Best of all, they fixed the problem. We are now at a wonderful 72 degrees. These two guys are real pros and a real credit to their profession. …oh yes - they also fixed the glitch in our dishwasher while they were here. No shortage of willingness to go the extra mile with Pat and Rick.

This place is the best place to live in all of Peoria Illinois!! Rich is the best maintenance man that I have ever had in my life! He is amazing! Pat is a great maintenance man also. And Summer is an amazing property manager there is! You guys are awesome!

HIGHLY Recommended. Good neighborhood. I personally like the vibe of the place. Its very inviting and you can feel immediately a home. No hesitation or no doubts you will feel secured. The building is in pristine condition and well maintained. Kudos to the maintenance and management team. And I would like to thank Miss Summer, a community director in Grandview for accommodating us even thru email. She patiently replied all the inquiries and handle all our questions and objections professionally. And during the transaction process, she is very detailed in giving you instructions, very precise and concise. And One of the reason, why I choose the Grandview Apartment Homes because thru email you can sense they are very serious and professionals to talk to.

My husband and I lived at Grandview for four years. We had such a great experience there! Whenever anything needed fixing, response times were almost immediate. When we had questions, management would get back that day or next. When issues arose, they were addressed immediately. They even went above and beyond and had food trucks come once in a while, provided free coffee, etc. So thankful that we spent so much time there, and will always remember our time at Grandview. We lived in a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor and found it to be a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained place to call home during a very busy stage of our lives. Any maintenance request we submitted was addressed promptly and professionally. They were always courteous, knowledgeable, and took pride in their work. It was reassuring to know that if an issue arose, it would be handled quickly and correctly. Overall, Grand View Apartments provided us with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable home for two years. We are grateful for our time there and would highly recommend Grand View to anyone looking for an apartment in the Peoria area. It was the perfect place for us during residency, and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.
